BONTAZ CENTRE CZ,s.r.o., a part of the international Bontaz Group, which has fifty years of experience in the automotive industry and is now transferring it to the services of new forms of mobility (electric, hydrogen, light) and sustainable industry, is looking for a new collegue in Velká Dobra (near Kladno):

MANAGER OF QUALITY AND HSSE SYSTEM

What will be your task:

• Developing and updating documents related to their scope (process performance indicators, action plans)
• Conducting internal audits and working with external auditors
• Responsibility for risk assessment and mitigation through quality policy, HSE, PO, EMS
• Monitoring technological developments related to quality and IATF standard and CSR of our customers
• Developing risk analysis and suggesting improvements to existing processes
• Collaboration in the implementation and verification of corrective and preventive measures
• Communicating with other Bontaz offices abroad
• Regular reporting to supervisor and management
• Leading and motivating the team

What you need:

• University degree in a technical field, possibly a high school degree and several years of experience
• 5 years of experience in the same or similar position (or a combination)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, valid auditor certification
• Working with quality tools (8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Poka-Yoke, ...)
• Experience in building, maintaining and developing quality systems
• English language at least at B2 level, (FJ preferably)
• Experience in conducting product audits
• Knowledge and orientation in technical drawings and documentation
• Independent and responsible approach to work organization
• Driving licence Group B
