The Quality System Engineer (M/F/D) ensures the compliance, robustness, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the assigned scope. The role guarantees alignment with applicable standards, customer-specific requirements, and the Group Quality policy, covering both development and production activities.

The position plays a key role in maintaining BCTP’s certification levels (including IATF 16949) and supporting quality governance across projects and operations

We are looking for an Engineer by training, ideally with solid experience in the automotive industry and strong knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS/SMQ) and has worked in both project environments and production settings, with project experience being mandatory and production experience considered a strong plus.

From a behavioral and working‑style perspective, the profile must be:

• Autonomous – capable of managing priorities and driving activities independently.
• Proactive – anticipates issues, proposes improvements, and takes initiative in system governance.
• A strong communicator – able to interact clearly with cross-functional teams, management, and auditors.
• Digitally skilled – very comfortable with Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ideally familiar with additional digital platforms used in quality and project management.

This combination of technical expertise, automotive quality culture, and strong interpersonal skills is essential to ensure effective management of the Quality Management System within the IATF perimeter.
