The main responsibilities will be:

When the project is assigned to their scope of intervention, they conduct a study of the customer input data and the technical file (specifications, etc.) and, failing this, draw up and disseminate functional specifications in order to assess customer and user needs and requirements.
They identify the various parties involved in the project, in particular the Industrialization Project Engineer (hereinafter referred to as IPE) responsible for the project.
They may, if requested, take part in the project kick-off meeting with the customer.
They carry out an initial diagnosis of the feasibility of the development requested.
They become familiar with the APQP approach to follow, the project schedule from the IPE.
Hand-in-hand with parties involved and in particular the IPE, they draw up the schedule for the functions and/or application to develop taking defined constraints and in particular deadlines (customer milestones) into account.
They draw up their own task planning schedule in agreement with their manager and in line with the project schedule managed by the IPE.
They take the risks inherent to the project into account and take these into account in their activities.
They report any new risk identified to the IPE and are involved in developing and rolling out the action plan to cover the risks identified.

The Design Draughtsperson I, II, III (M/F/D) uses 3D CAD software to design and draw mechatronic functions or equipment related to the development of a Bontaz product and/or its industrialization, from the feasibility study phase to the production of the file of detailed plans. They are responsible for the development entrusted to them, to internal and external stakeholders, in compliance with given technical, security, quality, cost and deadline criteria.
