Job description
JOB DECRIPTION:
- Analysis of the receivables - monitoring incoming payments
- Recording accounts receivables' data
- Respective reporting
- Contact with customers and sales department in France and logistic and quality dept. in CZ
- Rollow up of the remaining unpaid invoices
- Calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Profile
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accounting/Finance/Business or similar education (certificat)
- Experience in accounting (more than 2 years)
- Good analytical skills and care for detail
- MS Excel user
- Advanced excel knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive personality
- Proficiency in written and spoken English – German knowledge of advantage
